This question can be quite annoying to a candidate however it does give the hiring team a lot of information about your commitment to the company/job
- Do your Research: Make sure you review the job description as well as the company. Chose a couple of job responsibilities that interest or excite you. You don’t necessarily need to be experienced in these responsibilities, it can be something you want to learn more about.
- Career Goals: Mention your career goals and how this job will tie into your goals.
- Reputation: It’s ok to schmooze a little bit. Talk about a company reputation and why that makes you want to be a part of the team.
